The ambition was to set a benchmark in the European cultural sphere, answering to the needs and expectations of contemporary music professionals and young artists.<\/p>\n<p>To fill these objectives, the ULYSSES Network partners created a specific think tank in 2012, in order to define precisely the necessary functions of an appropriate online device. The ULYSSES Community platform<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Designed for all creative persons interested by projects with new music, this open website had been conceived as a free online space that gathers new works, information about concerts, festivals, academies, and that allow users to get in touch and collaborate online.<\/p>\n<p>Composers, performers, visual artists\u2026\u00a0 have the possibility to publish their works (scores, recordings, videos) and to promote their artistic careers.<\/p>\n<p>Arts and music organizations, festivals, academies, cultural managers or producers can spot the latest talents in the field of contemporary creation thanks to the online database of new works directly enriched by the artists themselves.
